    Shipment

    We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

    All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.

    You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.

    In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

    Packaging

    For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.

    For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

    Care instructions

    Location

    Place the plant in a location with bright, indirect sunlight. Direct sun should be avoided to prevent leaf burn. A location with slightly filtered light is ideal.

    Temperature

    Keep the ambient temperature between 18-25°C. The plant prefers warm conditions, so it is important to avoid abrupt temperature changes and drafts.

    Watering

    Keep the soil evenly moist without causing waterlogging. Water when the top layer of soil dries out slightly. Make sure the root ball does not dry out.

    Care

    Regularly remove dust from the leaves to improve light absorption. Check the plant for pests and act early.

    Humidity

    Philodendron Sharoniae comes from tropical regions, so it thrives in high humidity. Increase the humidity by regularly misting the leaves or setting up humidifiers.
