The following conditions apply:

Shipping terms

We ship all international orders on Monday only, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday. This is to avoid long delivery times over the weekend.

You also have the option of picking up your plants at our premises.
Simply select the "Pick up" option during the order process.

As soon as temperatures require it, we wrap your plants in a free winter package with insulating film and heat pack. This way, we ensure that the plants arrive at your home healthy, even at low temperatures.

In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter & summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until friendlier conditions for plant shipping are possible again.

Please note that international shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties or other country-specific import fees, which are not included in the total price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.

Norway & United Kingdom

We deliver with a phytosanitary certificate and all the necessary documents you need to import the plant.

To keep the costs of processing the phytosanitary certificate as low as possible for you, we always apply for all orders received so far on the end of the month.

Experience shows that the plants then arrive within two to three weeks after application.


Refunds

We pack very carefully and securely, but if a plant should arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the packaging and the contents to info@harmony-plants.com immediately. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Please note that we will only agree to a refund if the plant is still in its original condition. An immediate change of substrate or the removal of individual parts of the plant (leaves & roots) will invalidate the return claim.

Always use the original packaging & padding for a return shipment. Please use the same type of packaging as you received from us and agree on the time of return with us beforehand.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if damage occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging. 

Minor shipping damage may occasionally occur despite our best efforts, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for single torn sheets or discolouration.
We would like to point out that collection from our premises is also possible.

The plant will quickly recover with the right care and reward you with new leaves, please take a look at our care guide. 


Non-delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery of the parcel due to incorrect address information by the buyer, or in the event of non-collection from a Pick Up Store, we will charge a handling fee of 20€.

If you notice the error in time, you can simply send us the correct address details by email.


Other information

If your order does not arrive within 5 working days (for national shipments) or 10 working days (for international shipments), please contact our customer service at info@harmony-plants.com so that we can help you.

Alternatively, you can contact DHL at any time to find out the whereabouts of your shipment. DHL will only be able to send you a follow-up request after 5 working days without a scan update.

We would like to assure you at this point that we will always pay for possible damages due to a significant delay or improper handling during a shipment.

So please do not worry.
