How long does the delivery take?

According to our experience, our darlings are on their way within Germany only 1 to 2 working days.

For all other countries it can take between 3 to 7 working days.

In winter we send all our shipments well protected with our winter packaging consisting of a heat pack & additional various insulation materials so that the plants arrive safely at your home even in low temperatures.

When will the orders be shipped?

To prevent our favourites from being left at the post office over the weekend, we only ship from Monday - Wednesday.

You will receive your tracking number to track your parcel as soon as we have created the dispatch note.

Please note, however, that the tracking is only visible once the parcel has been scanned by DHL for the first time at the distribution warehouse.

What should be observed after receiving the plant?

Every plant we sell is acclimatised and shipped in good substrate. Please do not repot the plant directly and give it time to acclimatise.

How do you ship the plants?

We pack each plant with the greatest care and love in biodegradable packaging materials.

For the sake of the environment, we do not use any plastic, and shipping to you is climate-neutral with DHL.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, England as well as to all countries of the EU.

For shipping to England we take care of all necessary documents required for import.

Worldwide shipping for wholesale is possible upon request.

What about shipping at low temperatures?

For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulation materials.

We also add a heat pack/heat pad so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures. Should the temperatures drop very sharply, we will hold back the shipment and let you know in good time.

Can I also collect my order from you?

Yes, you can also collect your plants from us on site.

Just select the option "collection" during the order process.

It is best to let us know in good time when you want to come by, then we will be very happy to take the time for you.

What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?

We pack very carefully and securely, but if a plant arrives damaged, please send us a photo by email to info@harmony-plants.com.

We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Please note that we will only agree to a refund if the plant is still in its original condition.

Can you also send my order at a later date?

Yes, shipping one or two weeks later is possible, just leave us a note during the order process with the desired delivery date.

Please note, however, that shipping at a later date is not always more advantageous with regard to the weather. (This is especially true in winter)
