    Shipment

    We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

    All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.

    You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.

    In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

    Packaging

    For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.

    For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

    Care instructions

    Location

    A bright location without direct sunlight is ideal, but your green friend will also feel comfortable in partial shade. Avoid drafts and place it away from heaters - this will keep your Philodendron Felix XL in top shape!

    Temperature

    Keep the temperature between 18 - 26 degrees Celsius, but avoid abrupt temperature fluctuations.

    Watering

    Your Philodendron Felix XL loves moist substrate, but beware of waterlogging - only water when the top layer of soil is dry. Using a water level indicator can be very helpful here. Give your plant a sip of rainwater regularly to avoid limescale problems.

    Care

    Repotting is necessary every 2-3 years or when the roots start to peek out of the drainage holes. During the growing months, from March to October, your plant will benefit from regular fertilization with a special Philodendron fertilizer.

    Humidity

    For optimal growth, your plant needs a humidity between 50% - 70%.
