    Shipment

    We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

    All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.

    You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.

    In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

    Packaging

    For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.

    For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

    For certain individual products, you will receive the plant you selected. You will always be able to tell this when you have the opportunity to choose your favorite from several plants.

    Please note that our plants are living, natural products. Therefore, depending on the season, growth phase, and individual development, variations in size, color, number of leaves, and growth habit may occur. In particular, the appearance of leaf color and veining depends on light and temperature. These natural variations are not grounds for complaint.

    🌿 Important exchange notice:
    An exchange or return is only possible if the plant is in its original condition – this means:
    not repotted, not trimmed and not changed (e.g. placed in different substrate).

    Please do not repot the delivered plant initially, even if you plan to switch to your own substrate later. Our specially formulated growing substrate ensures optimal conditions for transport and acclimatization.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for altered plants, as this significantly influences the assessment of the plant's condition.

    Care instructions

    Location

    Place this Anthurium variety in a partially shaded location with indirect light to avoid direct sunlight.

    Temperature

    The ideal temperature is between 18-26 degrees Celsius.

    Watering

    Make sure that the substrate is kept slightly moist at all times, but without allowing water to stand. The watering rhythm should be every 7-10 days, and preferably with lime-free water, such as rainwater.

    Care

    Caring for the Anthurium Metallicum S requires repotting every 1-2 years. During the active growth phases between March and October, regular fertilization with special Anthurium fertilizer is recommended. Clean the leaves occasionally with a damp cloth to promote healthy pore opening and support growth.

    Humidity

    To promote healthy growth and optimal leaf development, a humidity of 60-80% is recommended.
