    Shipment

    We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

    All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.

    You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.

    In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

    Packaging

    For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.

    For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

Therefore, depending on the season, growth phase, and individual development, variations in size, color, number of leaves, and growth habit may occur. In particular, the appearance of leaf color and veining depends on light and temperature. These natural variations are not grounds for complaint.

    An exchange or return is only possible if the plant is in its original condition – this means:
    not repotted, not trimmed and not changed (e.g. placed in different substrate).

    Please do not repot the delivered plant initially, even if you plan to switch to your own substrate later. Our specially formulated growing substrate ensures optimal conditions for transport and acclimatization.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for altered plants, as this significantly influences the assessment of the plant's condition.

    Care instructions

    Location

    The Alocasia Silver Dragon Variegata prefers a bright location without direct sunlight, ideally near a window with indirect light. Too much sun can burn the leaves, while too little light can inhibit growth and fade the variegation.

    Temperature

    The Alocasia Silver Dragon Variegata thrives at warm temperatures between 18 and 25 °C. As a tropical plant, it does not tolerate cold and drafts, so it should be kept in a sheltered, warm place.

    Watering

    Water your Alocasia regularly as soon as the top layer of soil has dried out. Make sure that the substrate remains moist, but not too wet to avoid waterlogging.

    Humidity

    Since the Alocasia Silver Dragon Variegata comes from the tropics, it prefers high humidity. Spray your plant regularly with water or use a humidifier.
