The Dragon Scale Mint thrives in tropical climates and requires a bright, warm location away from direct midday sun. High humidity (ideally >60%) is crucial for healthy leaves and vigorous growth—a humidifier or location in the bathroom is recommended, especially during the winter months.
The soil should be evenly moist, but never wet. A well-draining substrate (e.g., aroid mix or coco soil with perlite) is ideal. In spring and summer, the plant benefits from regular fertilization every 2–3 weeks with a high-quality green plant fertilizer.
Shipment
We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.
All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.
You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.
In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

Packaging
For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.
For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

An exchange or return is only possible if the plant is in its original condition – this means:
not repotted, not trimmed and not changed (e.g. placed in different substrate).
Please do not repot the delivered plant initially, even if you plan to switch to your own substrate later. Our specially formulated growing substrate ensures optimal conditions for transport and acclimatization.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for altered plants, as this significantly influences the assessment of the plant's condition.
