    Shipment

    We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

    All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.

    You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.

    In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

    Packaging

    For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.

    For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

    For certain individual products, you will receive the plant you selected. You will always be able to tell this when you have the opportunity to choose your favorite from several plants.

    Please note that our plants are living, natural products. Therefore, depending on the season, growth phase, and individual development, variations in size, color, number of leaves, and growth habit may occur. In particular, the appearance of leaf color and veining depends on light and temperature. These natural variations are not grounds for complaint.

    🌿 Important exchange notice:
    An exchange or return is only possible if the plant is in its original condition – this means:
    not repotted, not trimmed and not changed (e.g. placed in different substrate).

    Please do not repot the delivered plant initially, even if you plan to switch to your own substrate later. Our specially formulated growing substrate ensures optimal conditions for transport and acclimatization.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for altered plants, as this significantly influences the assessment of the plant's condition.

    Care instructions

    Location

    It is essential that your Monstera receives sufficient sunlight, preferably from a west-facing window, to ensure healthy and robust growth. However, you should avoid direct sunlight. It is also important to place your Monstera in a warm location, but not in the immediate vicinity of radiators, to prevent the formation of brown spots on the leaves and to minimize pest infestation.

    Temperature

    Monstera plants thrive best at temperatures between 18 and 30 degrees Celsius. At higher temperatures, it is important to ensure that the substrate does not dry out completely.

    Watering

    Always keep your Monstera's substrate slightly moist, but avoid overwatering, as this can cause waterlogging and root rot. Two waterings a week are usually sufficient. A water level indicator makes it easier to monitor water requirements. If possible, use rainwater instead of calcareous tap water.

    Care

    Monstera plants should be repotted every one to two years, or sooner if the roots grow out of the drainage holes. During the growing months from March to October, it is recommended to use green plant fertilizer regularly. It is also important to provide these plants with a climbing opportunity to fully exploit their growth potential, especially in terms of size.

    Humidity

    Increased humidity in the range of 65% to 80% has been shown to promote leaf growth and development. However, these plants also thrive in typical indoor conditions, with their leaves thriving particularly well in environments with increased humidity.
