    Shipment

    We ship our plants climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

    All international orders are shipped exclusively on Monday, all domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday due to shorter transit times.

    You also have the option of picking up your plants from us on site. Simply select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process.

    In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely until more favorable conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

    Packaging

    For the sake of the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging materials and completely avoid plastic.

    For the winter, we pack our plants well protected in various insulating materials and also include a heat pack so that they can be shipped even at low temperatures.

    For certain individual products, you will receive the plant you selected. You will always be able to tell this when you have the opportunity to choose your favorite from several plants.

    Please note that our plants are living, natural products. Therefore, depending on the season, growth phase, and individual development, variations in size, color, number of leaves, and growth habit may occur. In particular, the appearance of leaf color and veining depends on light and temperature. These natural variations are not grounds for complaint.

    🌿 Important exchange notice:
    An exchange or return is only possible if the plant is in its original condition – this means:
    not repotted, not trimmed and not changed (e.g. placed in different substrate).

    Please do not repot the delivered plant initially, even if you plan to switch to your own substrate later. Our specially formulated growing substrate ensures optimal conditions for transport and acclimatization.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for altered plants, as this significantly influences the assessment of the plant's condition.

    Care instructions

    Location

    Choose a bright location with indirect light, but avoid direct sunlight to protect the leaves.

    Temperature

    Maintain a constant room temperature between 18-24°C. Protect the plant from abrupt temperature fluctuations and drafts.

    Watering

    Keep the soil slightly moist, but avoid waterlogging. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly between waterings. Reduce watering in winter.

    Care

    Fertilize every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring/summer) with a balanced, liquid fertilizer. Reduce fertilization in autumn/winter.

    Humidity

    The Alocasia Black Velvet Pink Variegata likes increased humidity. Spray the leaves regularly or place the plant near a humidifier.
